105WCr6/1.2419 Mould Steel alloy steel is also known as case hardened steel, used for forgings, has high profitability, wear-resistant qualities, and is suitable for parts with larger diameters

Characteristic: Good resistance to hardening cracks, high wear resistance, not easy to deform during processing, high cutting ability, and durability at moderately low operating temperatures
Heat Treatment or Condition
Annealing temperature: 720~750℃;
hardness after annealing≤HBS:230
Quenching temperature: 800~830℃, oil
Tempering temperature: 150~250℃
Hot working temperature: 1050~850℃
